Reports

Court Monitors from AIJI have been present at every hearing day to take place at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC). A dedicated team of international and Cambodian monitors and interns have produced weekly reports covering all proceedings in Case 001, 002/01 and 002/02. These reports cover witness and Civil Party testimony, legal issues and trial management. Summaries of the reports are also produced in Khmer.

In addition to these reports, monitors also provide live updates throughout hearing days on Twitter, and summarize the day’s proceedings on Facebook.

After evidentiary hearings came to a close in January 2017, monitors will be returning to the courtroom in June to cover the scheduled two weeks of Closing Statements in Case 002/02. Any questions or for more information please contact us.
